2025 Lower Grafton County Point-in-Time Count Data now available

Housing First conducted yet another round of data collection and homeless outreach on January 22-24, as part of the national Point-in-Time count. We are pleased to be able to share this data with the wider community.

Highlights from this Point-in-Time Count for January:

  • Volunteers identified 58 unique individuals across 38 households from Grafton County who are experiencing homelessness.
  • 37 of those individuals were sheltered (i.e. living in emergency shelter, transitional housing, or a motel room paid for by a municipality or social service agency).
  • 21 of those individuals were unsheltered (i.e. camping, living in a vehicle, or a camper/RV).
  • The majority of people identified were from Lebanon, but volunteers also met with people living in Orford, Grafton, Hanover, and Enfield.
  • Two-thirds of the individuals identified had at least one disabling condition or risk factor, such as a physical disability, mental health condition, or substance use disorder.
