SUCCESS — Ballot Measure 2 for Safe, Certified Recovery Housing was passed!
Ballot Measure 2 is a Lebanon zoning amendment that would require any recovery housing in the City to be certified programs through the NHPRR (NH Partnership of Recovery Residences).
