We are pleased to be able to share this data with the wider community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlights from this Point-in-Time Count for January:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Volunteers identified <strong>58 unique individuals<\/strong> across 38 households from Grafton County who are experiencing homelessness. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>37<\/strong> of those individuals were <strong>sheltered<\/strong> (i.e. living in emergency shelter, transitional housing, or a motel room paid for by a municipality or social service agency). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>21<\/strong> of those individuals were <strong>unsheltered<\/strong> (i.e. camping, living in a vehicle, or a camper\/RV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The majority of people identified were from Lebanon, but volunteers also met with people living in Orford, Grafton, Hanover, and Enfield.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Two-thirds<\/strong> of the individuals identified had at least one disabling condition or risk factor, such as a physical disability, mental health condition, or substance use disorder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/housingfirstuv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2025-PIT-Count-Data.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"178\">Download the full report here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are incredibly grateful to all of our volunteers who ventured out into the bitter cold to collect this vital data and provide resources directly to people experiencing homelessness.
